Refund Policy
These rules apply to DubrovnikGo digital tours, promo codes, wallet activation and every completed online purchase connected to the app experience.
1. Digital delivery
DubrovnikGo sells digital access through promo codes that are sent by email and redeemed inside the DubrovnikGo app wallet. After the code is issued, the purchase is treated as a digitally delivered product.
2. Refunds are not automatic
Refunds are possible only with prior DubrovnikGo approval. Every request is reviewed individually, and DubrovnikGo reserves the right to assess the situation before any refund decision is made.
3. Case-by-case review
We may review refund requests in situations such as technical delivery issues, duplicated charges, or a confirmed system-side problem that prevented the purchased amount from being used as intended.
4. Before a refund is considered
Support may first offer a practical resolution, including checking the order, resending the promo code, verifying wallet activation or replacing the original code if needed.
5. Situations that may not qualify
A refund may be declined if the issue was caused by an incorrectly entered email address, improper app use, code sharing against the rules, or a redeemed or consumed digital product.
